NEW LIFE

Updated: 14 hours ago

"No one is righteous", I totally agree. "Everybody is a sinner", I totally agree. But think about this: Psalm 130:3 (paraphrased) "if God shall count iniquity (mistakes and errors) who shall stand?" Isaiah 64:6 "All our righteousness (meaning, right doing or good done) are as filth rags before God". Romans 3:23 "All have *sinned* are come short (fall short) of the glory of God". Now, if we agree with the above truth, then Romans 6:23 said "the wages of sin is death". That is, if we agree none is righteous and that all are sinners then all must die. But what good will the death of "all" be to God seeing humans are the only thing God got to live with as His family (that's why He made them to begin with). This is totally men's problem, not God. God couldn't do much about it because if He decide to destroy Satan, destroy hell and save man, that will be *INJUSTICE*, not Justice. There has to be a way. Man (humans) must die. Then in the wisdom of God (Isaiah 59:16), God wore a body (1st Timothy 3:16, John 1:1,14, Heb. 10:5-7) and stepped into the world of man and He was called "Immanuel (God with us, as a man), " Prince of peace" (because He came to bring peace) and *Jesus* (our savior). He walked, talk, pee and poo, drank, ate, slept and did all that only humans could do so it will be clear that God really became man. He then went to die the death that belong to man (human kind). Hence, sins wages (Romans 6:23) was paid by death. Now if that was all He did, no one will sing for joy, Satan would have won and the world finished. Noah, Abraham, David, Ezekiel and all the saint's of old trusted God to save them and even prophesied that He will come to save but now He that should save is now dead and is found in hell where men who believed in Him for salvation were awaiting rescue. When they saw Him, sorrow grip them. Oh no!!!! "We are done for", they must have said. But then haven't paid the price, there came the third (3rd) day and hell vomited Him out (because once upon a time Jesus said "no sign will be given this generation except the sign of prophet Jonah, the same way he was in the *belly* of the fish 3days 3night so also must the son of man be and on the third day he will come out TRIUMPHANT", Matthew 12:39-41). So, Jesus got out but not ALONE, Matthew 27:52, He came out with all them who believed in Him for salvation ("because He who ascended is He who first descended into the lowly part of the earth (hell) and led captivity captive and gave gifts unto men... Ephesians 4:8-10) Glory to God! So now, "if any man (woman inclusive) be in Him, whosoever he/she is and whatsoever he/she must have done, is a new creature, the OLD is gone and the NEW has come", 2 Cor. 5:17-19,21. It's not about me, you or anyone anymore but about Him who died for us. So, "no one is righteous", true! But now I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!! I look to Him for salvation, not myself. I sinned but He was punished. I was to die but He died. The battle wasn't mine but the victory is now MINE! Glory to God! I am not trying to be good to God anymore because I couldn't and can't be. JESUS is the "way, the truth and the life, going to the Father is only by JESUS", John 14:6. The Father does not accept anyone except JESUS, and since I am in Jesus by faith in His death, burial and resurrection, I am accepted by the Father, Ephesians 1:6. And Jesus promised, that "He has given me ETERNAL LIFE and I shall NEVER PERISH, because He is greater than all hence, no one can pluck me out of His hand, John 10:28-29. I now can worship as a free man. Whosoever wants to cage me in trying to make me feel I must dress a particular way to look good to God or have a hair cut a particular way to be good to God or for my worship to ascend and be acceptable, I tell them Romans 8:1 "no condemnation for me anymore".... "I rejoice in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh anymore" Philippians 3:3. THANK YOU JESUS!!!! I am born again, so you too can. Invite Jesus right now to come into your heart, to be your Lord and Savior. Amen.
